Steel Center-beam for Commercial Staircase

Located inside the shops, you’ll find one of our very own steel center-beam staircase designs! The combination of painted white steel with brushed stainless steel elements gave this commercial space the industrial modern look they desired.

For this commercial staircase, the steel center-beam was painted white along with the steel posts to match seamlessly together. Squared stainless steel handrails were installed on both sides of the staircase, as per Florida Building Code, to manage dual traffic flowing up and down the staircase. The custom stainless steel handrails were chosen to be in a brushed finish. Clean lines are key to a cohesive design. Needless to say, this commercial staircase looks spectacular amongst the other shops of Lincoln Road Mall.
