Frame-less Glass Railings in Chic Ocean-side Home

Major renovations in this chic residential home near Miami Beach’s Venetian Causeway called for new interior and exterior railings. With a newly poured concrete staircase, we designed and installed a new frame-less glass railings system for these homeowners.

In the interior of the home, frame-less glass railings were installed along the staircase and continued onto the second floor guardrail. The glass panels were anchored using an aluminum base shoe, then later covered with stainless steel cladding. A stainless steel cap rail was top mounted, and a stainless steel handrail was mounted directly onto each glass panel. On the exterior of the home, glass guardrails were installed using an aluminum base shoe, then later covered in stainless steel cladding. A stainless steel cap rail was also top mounted to each glass panel for added rigidity.

The execution of this clean railing design tied in perfectly with the homeowner’s chic style. Who wouldn’t want to live in this immaculate ocean-side home? This was all achieved in less than 4 months time, with permits included!
