Commercial Spiral Staircase

A commercial building left abandoned for 20 years was gutted and revamped with one of our very own custom staircase designs! This week we are featuring a commercial spiral staircase located in a law office.

Our commercial spiral staircase design features dark stained wood treads and brushed stainless steel elements. As you ascend up the spiral staircase, you are met with a wood landing on the second step which eases circulation due to a limited layout. As per Florida Building Code for commercial buildings, the risers do not surpass seven inches in height. Curved stainless steel rod railings were installed with a top mounted stainless steel handrail throughout the staircase. A spiral staircase is a perfect solution for any compact space in need of a stair. With our custom designs, you can achieve the look you desire.
