Spiral Staircase in Sunny Isles Beach Penthouse

Homeowners of this oceanfront Penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach were looking to transform their home to modern times. We created a beautiful custom white spiral staircase design with polished stainless steel elements that would tie in perfectly with their home’s style and decor.
Our new stair design features a spiral staircase with curved stainless steel rod railings, painted wood treads, and a top-mounted handrail. The curved stainless steel rod railings were anchored to top-mounted posts by using stainless steel rod holders. Our client chose for all stainless steel to be in a polished chrome finish, matching with other polished fixtures around the home. The wood treads were painted glossy white with a lacquer finish to match seamlessly with the glossy finishes on the ceiling and floor. Resulting in a beautiful custom spiral staircase design which leaves this space looking clean, bright, and breathtaking.
