Standoff Anchor System + Glass Railings

Stainless steel is one element we utilize quite often in our custom designs. Choosing the right finish when using stainless steel standoff anchors in your design can assist in achieving the ambiance you desire. As we always say, designing is in the details!

Glass railings are anchored down by using various methods. One of those methods is by utilizing a stainless steel standoff anchor system. Standoff anchors come in a variety of styles and sizes in diameter. Standoff’s are typically anchored directly to the side of the treads or hidden behind drywall. They can be chosen in many different finishes, such as mirror polished or brushed stainless steel.

Glass railings and partitions are always a great choice for opening up any darkened spaces. When working with glass elements, there are many options to choose from to create the look you desire. Glass can be chosen to come in many different finishes; ultra clear starphire glass, frosted glass, tempered glass, or laminated glass. Starphire glass is a high-clarity type of glass made from silica with very low amounts of iron. This type of glass is ideal for when clean lines and clarity are desired, leaving a bright and airy ambiance to your decor. Laminated glass is recommended when designing or installing glass treads and railings.
